The Smoke’N Pit Pig Roast is a unique catering experience.
Each pig is custom butchered. It is then stuffed with boneless pork roasts, seasoned from the inside out and slowly smoked to perfection and served with homemade gravy, fresh rolls and assorted BBQ sauces. This process maximizes the meat from the pig and retains the presentation for the duration of your event.
Since 2002 Bardi Catering a full service off-premises catering firm, has been offering our clients, both corporate and private, the best in outdoor cooking and event management. Corporate sponsored family oriented events such as BBQ’s and picnics have become increasingly popular over the last decade.
These events are steadily replacing the regular party for employee appreciation and team building events. In fact, gourmet grilling and barbecue are becoming the menus of choice for our contemporary clients throughout the tri-state area.
In 2004, Chef Joseph Marks , owner of Bardi catering teamed up with Tom Christine, BBQ Champion , Judge, and proprietor of Smoke’n Dudes BBQ Co outside Philadelphia PA. Together we are proud to have offered New York and NJ authentic southern barbecue to our valued clients. The Smoke’ N Pit, our full service outdoor event division was opened in 2009 to meet the ever growing demand for the “Pit Master BBQ”.
The Smoke’ N Pit is a proud member of the Kansas City BBQ Society and a member of BBQ Bretheren. This team, under the guidance of our head pit-master and certified BBQ judge Joseph Marks has placed in BBQ contests throughout the United States
